What does "rate locked for 3 years" actually mean?

Exactly that. Your founding rate is fixed for three years from your admission date, it does not increase during the founding term, whatever happens to launch pricing. After the founding term, membership continues on a rolling monthly basis. It is a deliberate recognition of the trust founding members extend to us at this early stage.

What happens when the founding cohort closes?
